Fits Moto-Lita steering wheel with a 9 bolt hole standard fixing. It is normally used with a flat or dished type Moto-Lita steering wheel.

There’s some paint loss and scratches to the outer body, but if that bothers you could I suggest some rattle can black spray paint.
The splines appear to be undamaged.
