I am not an expert on antiques. Please do your own research. I believe this to be a melon-form porcelain teapot with transfer floral decoration and moriage/hand applied enamal vines. White ground with pink, purple, and yellow flowers and green trim. Unmarked. Probably 20th century Japanese export ware. If you view the separate listing with the teapot you will see that it does NOT match this set, but it's a nice "marriage."  The sugar bowl is about 6" wide at the outside of the handles. The creamer is about 5" wide from the handle edge to end of spout. This porcelain is very thin and light, and kind of translucent (whereas the teapot is a bit thicker.) 

My paternal grandmother gave me the creamer and sugar (and the teapot) together in the 1970's. My vibe is primitive Americana, and while I really love these things, they don't fit my decor so they have just been sitting in the closet. I would rather put them in the hands of someone who will use or display them. I recently found the doily at a resale shop and thought it might be sweet to photograph it all together. My personal opinion is that this set is in very good condition for its age. I did not detect any flaking or cracks. There are places at the edge of the lid and rim of the bowl that the green glaze was not perfectly applied-I personally don't think it's a flaw, just a sign of a human being involved in the decorating. Needs to be washed before using.
