A quirky 2000 Renault Clio, 5 door, 1.4 16v automatic petrol. My mum's first car since 2018 a late bloomer, like her! We brought it from a family who loved it, and it’s been a trusty sidekick. considering the minimal work she did, however I did the cambelt and auxiliary belt in 2024 got pictures to prove if you'd like. its had a new battery and a coil pack, few tires and a cv boot, I've put brake pads in the front at some point and a headlight as it was misting. It drives fine, though, of course, it’s an oldie with everything just getting old and wearing out. rather than scrap her were trying to find her another loving home..

My mum has brought a newer car now. The MOT did mention a shock absorber replacement required soon, and there’s a bit of character rust here and there. Mum’s added a chic vinyl patch to the sunroof very fashion forward rather than fix the seal of the sunroof! Indicators and dashboard do a little disco flicker sometimes we tried changing the rear bulb holders but its intermittent, but hey, it’s got personality! Interior is surprisingly fresh, and it comes with a detachable Sony radio.
its got a full tank of fuel! which is probably worth more than the car now..

Id Definity recommend doing a full service as i cant remember the last time mum did one. oil level is fine though.. all she's used it for is going to work and back, she's a nurse.. And shopping,, its never seen the motorway in her ownership so if it see ones and screams and reverses good luck..
