Nationwide Auto Recycling Inc. used Part Limited Warranty & Terms of sale

Warranty terms and labor coverage must be on the front of the invoice. Extended warranties or labor must be purchased at time of sale. warranties may not be purchased after the sale.

• 1. Engine & Transmission Part Warranty
  • 1.1. Signature required at time of sale or delivery for warranty to be valid. Signature is implied for online and remote orders.
  • 1.2. All work must be approved by management before any repairs or replacements can begin.
  • 1.3. The warranty is non-transferable.
  • 1.4. Engine warranty coverage includes all internally lubricated parts inside the rotating assembly (Block and cylinder heads)
  • 1.5. We may leave accessories* on engines for your convenience, but only long block and head(s) are warrantied.
  • 1.6. Bolt on accessories are NOT covered under our warranty unless stated on the invoice.
  • 1.7. Part(s) MUST be installed by a state licensed repair facility with installation receipt for warranty.
  • 1.8. Prior to installation it is recommended to rotate the engine clockwise two revolutions. Do not rotate the engine backwards; doing so will void the warranty.
  • 1.9. Please consult factory shop manuals for proper installation. Many vehicles will require reprogramming or relearning.
  • 1.10. Proof of OEM recommended maintenance, and proper installation will be required at time of claim.
  • 1.11. Excluded from the warranty are external components, such as fuel & ignition systems, electrical harness and components, sensors, tinware, accessories, gaskets, and seals.
  • 1.12. Heat tabs are installed on the engine. In the event the heat tab is melted or removed, the engine warranty is void.
  • 1.13. Transmission coverage includes internally lubricated mechanical components and the torque converter.
  • 1.14. Transmission cooler must be hot flushed; cooler flow must be checked and replaced as necessary. Cooler flow should be one quart in 15 seconds.
  • 1.15. Failure to program or relearn will damage the transmission. If programming cannot be done on location, the vehicle must be towed to the dealer for programming at the customer's expense. In the event of failure, proof of programing will be required.
• 2. Other mechanical parts (Front and rear axle assemblies, carrier, transfer cases, and differentials)
  • 2.1. Coverage only includes internal components.
  • 2.2. Transfer case warranty requires all tires on the vehicle to be the same brand, tread depth, and circumference at the time of installation. Mismatched tires or varied sizes and tread depth will cause failure and void the warranty.
• 3. Terms and Conditions that applies to all warrantied parts
  • 3.1. Repairs, replacements, or refunds will be given at our discretion.
  • 3.2. Once delivered, all parts mentioned above require an authorization number from our support team before a return can be processed.
  • 3.3. Prior to installation, serviceable filters must be replaced along with gaskets and seals. Gasket and seal leaks are not covered under warranty. *NOTE* All units require OEM recommended fluids. In the event of failure, proof of fluid type will be required.
  • 3.4. Any aftermarket modifications or towing excess of manufacturer's weight specifications will cause damage and void the warranty.
  • 3.5. Parts may only be used for private use. Commercial applications are not covered by our warranty.
  • 3.6. Parts sold or shipped outside the contiguous United States are not warrantied.
  • 3.7. Any insurance claim, accident, fire, theft, flood, or any circumstance other than normal use of a vehicle voids all warranty.
  • 3.8. Parts must be returned to us in their original condition, at the customer's expense for any warranty.
  • 3.9. Warranty only applies for parts that have failed to perform for their intended purpose.
  • 3.10. No warranty will be honored unless part(s) have been paid in full, including taxes, shipping and fees.
  • 3.11. The customer is responsible for all collection costs on unpaid invoices, including legal fees, court fees, and interest.
  • 3.12. Should funds not clear at the time of purchase, all warranties are void, even if paid later.
  • 3.13. Customers in bad standing (overdue on their account, account has been closed, etc.) will have no right to any warranty, on any invoice, or any part, for any reason. Nationwide reserves the right to refuse to do business with these accounts at our discretion.
  • 3.14. Refunds will only be issued to the "bill to" purchaser on our invoice.
  • 3.15. Refunds will be in the form of a company check, credit card, or PayPal depending on method of payment, at our discretion.
  • 3.16. No refunds or exchanges will be given until the customer's funds have cleared our bank.
  • 3.17. $50 bank fee on all returned checks.
  • 3.18. Wire Transfers may be required for certain parts, specialty parts, or high dollar value parts.
  • 3.19. Any part that has been taken apart or tampered with voids all warranty and is nonreturnable.
  • 3.20. Parts ordered wrongly or incorrectly are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • 3.21. Parts must be returned to their original condition with Nationwide markings, stamps and heat tabs.
  • 3.22. No returns on cuts, extra sales, or special orders. Parts sold "AS IS" are not covered by any warranty and are not returnable.

  • 4.1. Nationwide Auto Recycling Inc. makes no representation, no warranty expressed or implied, as to the safety or fit of any used auto parts. The purchaser acknowledges that used parts may have been changed, altered, or failed without our knowledge. Purchaser assumes all risk or damage to vehicle or person including injury or death which may result in the installation of any used auto part.
  • 4.2. This warranty is governed by the laws of Massachusetts, any litigation must be in Worcester County, Massachusetts
