Thats why I sent it to bgs instead of psa because I ultimately thought it should have had a chance to black label, as typical they find a way to show you there is no consistency in the grading industry when one company owns all 3 major grading companies it just is what it is, Unless you want to buy a prestine or a black label this is your best option. Easily would psa 10 should probably be cracked and resubbed for a black label. This is the absolute best 9.5 you can get highest possible subs.
