Vulcan VCH16 Details
Cook, reheat, and hold food in this all-in-one Vulcan VCH16 cook and hold oven. Great for schools, healthcare facilities, and hotels, this cook and hold oven can hold (16) 18" x 26" sheet pans on 3" centers or (32) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" steam table pans. With a large capacity, you can easily and efficiently prepare meals and keep them at a proper serving temperature for safe service. You can even use this unit to rethermalize your previously plated meals for increased efficiency at larger banquets and events.
For increased mobility, 4 heavy-duty 5" casters are supplied, including two swivel casters with brakes and two rigid casters. This item requires a 208/240V electrical connection.

SHIPPING
Packages that can be delivered by UPS, USPS, FEDEX we ship up to 3 business days. Many our items have FREE shipping.
When shipping charge is not listed as free, charges will be calculated by the product's weight and item dimensions and your shipping zip code. Most of our orders will ship in 3 business day. Please note that while the delivery date shown is accurate it is provided by eBay and doesn't always take weekends and holidays into account.
All equipment and larger items will ship LTL Freight. While many of these items are free shipping it's important to note what that means. Free shipping includes delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock. If you don't have a loading dock it is curbside delivery and the driver is only responsible to move the freight to the end of the tailgate. You are responsible for offloading your product with a forklift or some muscle.
If you don't have a forklift you can opt to pay for liftgate service. A liftgate will lower the product to the ground for you. The liftgate charge is an additional $150.00 If you can't have your order delivered to a commercial address the freight companies charge additional for residential delivery. The residential delivery charge is $125.00
Large equipment that is shipped on pallet different from regular 48"x40" may require an additional 2-3 days.

RETURNS
With the exception of used equipment, items purchased from our eBay store may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns will require prior authorization and you will be issued a return number (RMA). This return number will need to be written on the outside of the package you use to ship the products back to us. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
All products returned must be in good condition with original packaging. Under no circumstances can we take back an item that has been used. Your refund will be issued within 3 days of receiving your package and after undergoing an inspection. The return policy for used equipment is case by case and will be specified on each individual listing
