Hand mixer use is for light mixing, not intended for heavy blending. Remember, this is a 70+ year old mixer, it’s a collector piece. Mixer has been cleaned and tested, no problems to disclose. The beaters are in great shape. Motor runs strong.

Note a small crack in the cord casing where it enters the body of the hand mixer (see picture).
