A rare company to find! This is a hundred year old watch. Cant not give mechanical guarantees/ it runs strong. I am sure it was cleaned the movement is spotless. Some silver tarnish in hidden areas on the case from age. Overall very clean. No I can’t sell it for 45.00. I paid up for it. Go find one better! This watch is really a nice example of a company that went out of business a 100 years ago.
