This is an Elegance pocket watch commemorating the Bicentennial of the US Constitution 1787-1987. Depicts the signing of the Constitution of the United States on the front side while the back features the first line of the Preamble to the Constitution, "We the people of the United States in order to form a more perfect union..." when I wound it, it didn't start up but likely just needs new battery. Has been kept carefully stored away from the elements. Please see photos for detail. Once a battery is added and it's running would be a great Father's Day gift!
