(1) 3M DC 300XL/P Data Cartridge (450 ft)
Two plastic protective cases (as shown in photos).
Overview: This is a lot of three vintage Quarter-Inch Cartridges (QIC) from the 1980s. These were standard backup media for various minicomputers and early workstations (such as DEC, HP, and Sun systems).
Condition & Technical Note: These cartridges are being sold as-is/for parts or display. While they appear to be in good cosmetic shape, they have not been tested for data integrity or mechanical functionality.
Please be aware that with vintage tape media of this age, the internal drive belts often degrade or lose tension over time. I cannot guarantee that these will spin or record without service. The metal baseplates are clean, and the labels are legible. One tape (DC 600A) is marked as a "TLC Demo Tape" dated July 1985; another (DC 300XL/P) is handwritten "WC 8-15-85." You agree that by purchasing these you will wipe any personal info if any is found.
These are sold as a novelty only.
Shipping: The tapes will be packed securely to prevent any damage to the cases or cartridges during transit.
