One of the few instances where a 2000 issued parallel is more desirable than one from the 90s! Great design that has become more and more popular with collectors. Even more attractive here with the first serial # in the run. I looked closely and could not readily spot why the harsh grade. Outside the slab I would peg it at least at NM-MT or better and even a good case for mint. Very crisp, attractive card. Thanks for looking.
