This measurements are approximate as I'm taking
them on the outside of the plastic

CONDITION: House is brand new sealed in box. Box has some shelf wear. The box comes with a clear plastic 4 sided protective covering, the plastic covering has shelf wear. You can see the plastic covering piece in photos #3-6. I removed it to take the rest of the photos as it's highly reflective - See photos
