This base has spokes that are rectangular in section, curving downwards to the floor. Castor hole centers at about 240mm, castor hole radius of 285mm, center hole is about 50mm diameter, weighs 1.480kg.
560 x 575 on plan, needs to fit diagonally in medium size parcel format if Royal Mail is chosen. Might be just over or borderline 2kg. It's £3.71 or £5.71 postage displayed. I'm taking a gamble it will be under 2kg if I use thin cardboard. It's not a fragile item.
