Xbox One S motherboard removed from a working console.

Console powers on and boots, however display output is unstable / intermittent and signal may drop after initial startup.

Suspected HDMI/retimer related fault. HDD has been tested/replaced during diagnostics and is not considered the cause.

Board is being sold for spares or repair only.
