1934 THE THREE  LITTLE PIGS ( INGERSOLL) IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.

  

This is a rare original, circa 1934, Big Bad Wolf pocket watch manufactured by Ingersoll, U.S.A. in good vintage condition. Stem wind and stem set with a tight feel, no slop. The watch winds, sets, ticks and runs. The hands work and the wolf's eye bounces back and forth with the ticking.  

THE THREE LITTLE PIGS ARE RIGHT THERE ON THE RED DAIL

Surprisingly, this watch is more rare than the Mickey Mouse version. No box or papers.

The inscription on the back is clearly readable:

 "MAY THE BIG BAD WOLF NEVER COME TO YOUR DOOR WALT DISNEY"

The inside of the rear cover is marked with what appears to be patent numbers and various dates.

The nickel plated case is in good condition - no dents or cracks,   There are signs of use over time on the metal, but not too bad for its age.

The case at the widest point (not including the stem) measures 2".The paper dial is in VERY GOOD condition.

 The crystal is remarkably clear.

This watch is EXTREMELY rare and is rarely offered for sale.
