Monstrous Compendium - Outer Planes Appendex, for use with AD&D 2nd Edition, TSR item numbers 2118 and MC8. I do not have the original folder the cards and dividers came in.

No outer folder included, comes with all monster sheets and all 4 dividers, as shown in pictures. A few sheets have a minor fingerprint or smudge, one page has a black scuff and shown in pictures, sheets are otherwise very nice with bright white pages. 4 dividers have some discoloration along one edge as shown.
