They are called "Cuff-ettes"

You wear them to protect your sleeves

They are translucent with red edging

The package states that they were made from Bakelite Krene

They are reusable

My guess is that they were manufactured in the 1950's

Each one measures approximately 4" to 5" at the cuffs by 11" long
