How to use

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

When using the product for the first time: remove the cap and the seal, prime the product by turning the bottom of the stick 3-4 times. Remove cap and foil and twist the bottom to release the product. Clean with a tissue after each use and place the cap on.

TOPICAL USE:

Adults: Apply liberally onto chest, throat and back. Cover whole area for maximum effect. Leave clothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily.

Children over 2 years: Gently apply a small amount on the chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.

INHALATION USE

Adults: If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action relief melt two teaspoons in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing medicated vapours for 10 - 15 minutes.

This product can be used with other medicines.

Caution: Do not heat in the microwave. Never reheat the mixture.

Hazards and Cautions

Warnings:
Do not swallow or place in nostrils.

If symptoms persist, or in case of fever, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

! Fire hazard. Do not smoke or go near naked flames; clothing & bedding with this product dried on them can catch fire easily.

Do not use on child under 2 years of age

Storage:
Do not store above 25°C.
Store in an upright position.

Also contains: Thymol, cedarwood oil and white soft paraffin.
