This is Sport Crasher, a vintage 1983 die cast black car, part of Hot Wheels and Mattel Inc's Crack-Ups series. Its crash plate at its hood is still fully functional, as demonstrated in the video. Three of its wheels also still fully rotate, but its front passenger side tire does not, and its front driver side tire has a small crack. It also does have some chipping/wearing of the paint.
