This is a
unused surplus ultra-mini peristaltic pump, squeeze pump and self-priming pump,
a precision fluid control component ideal for micro liquid dosing.
Working Principle & Features
The motor drives the internal rollers to rotate and compress the silicone tube. The squeezed section closes, pushing liquid forward. When the rollers release, the tube recoils elastically, creating negative pressure and automatically drawing in new liquid.
This design allows the pump to handle viscous liquids, with relatively high delivery pressure and low flow rate.
Fluid only contacts the silicone tube, not the pump body, ensuring zero leakage and no cross-contamination.
The silicone tube can be easily replaced when worn or aged.
Flow rate can be finely adjusted by changing the supply voltage.
