I don't know much about these and I couldn't find much online. They were installed in a local ham radio shack, in line with Heliax cable to a UHF antenna. From what I could find online, PolyPhaser primarily makes in-line surge protectors and lightning arrestors for commercial installations. 

I haven't tested these, but since they were in use when antenna was removed, I assume they are in working order. 

Searching the Delta 9226-000-A911 part number on the coax connector, this is showing as a 7/16 50 ohm connector.
