How to use?
1. First, we open the main driver's door, find the switch to open the car's engine hood (generally located on the inside of the main driver's side) and open the engine hood.
2. After opening the engine cover, support the support rod. Some high-end cars are hydraulic support rods, which can be lifted up without manual operation, and then find the position of the oil dipstick, which is generally the ring buckle with color mark.
3. We hold the pull ring and pull it outwards until it is completely pulled out. The dipstick is long and flexible.
4. We can see carefully that there are two notches at the front end of the dipstick, namely, the lowest oil level and the highest oil level. In order to make it easier to check, first wipe the dipstick with napkin or rag.
5. We put the wiped oil dipstick in place again, and then pull it up again. You will find that there is a section of grease on the oil dipstick. This is the oil level, which is just in the middle of the two notches, indicating that the oil level is normal. If it is lower or higher than the gap position, it means that it should be adjusted in time.
How to identify the Status of engine oil?
1.Sufficient oil in a car: Oil level would be between the lower and higher mark.
2.Low oil in a car: Oil level would be on or below the lower mark.
3.No oil in a car: Oil is not shown on the dipstick at all.
4.If the oil appears to be very low or/and extremely blackish, it means that the oil has become dirty and requires an immediate oil change service.
