Vintage Brother 44 Blue Portable Manual Typewriter & Case - Japan - for repair

Unit works but needs maintenance and has some condition issues. There is some wear to the paint and a few rust spots. The case is nothing to write home about. It has some stains and a tear in the zipper fabric on the back corner. There is an old box of paper with a few sheets in it, a warranty card and old maintenance book. The ribbon is dry but works. 

Would make a great restoration project or parts machine.
