Operation Method:
1. Disinfection: Medical silicone is usually resistant to high temperatures above 300℃. Generally, it can be boiled or distilled. The simplest method of disinfection is to put the artificial insemination tool into a suitable cup and boil it with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
2. Take semen: Internationally, dogs are massaged manually to obtain sperm. Grab the dog's bulbous glandis and keep this action for 4-7 minutes until the sperm extraction is completed. Sperm can be received with a semen collection bag or a disposable cup.
3. Insemination: The surface of the insemination tool is lubricated. Rotate and insert the tool into the body of a female dog, and then inflate by hand. When the insemination tool is locked in the body of the female dog, the sperm can be injected with a syringe linked to the fertilization tool. Remove the syringe after the sperm is injected (one-way valve of the insemination tool prevents sperm from refluxing. If a large dog has a large amount of sperm, a second sperm injection can be performed ). After sperm injection, wait for 10 minutes before pulling out the insemination tool. Finally, insemination is completed.
