This is a double hook hat / coat hook. The wall mounted base has an embossed ribbon like design. It is about 3 1/2" tall and about 2 1/4" across. The arms have a twisted design that leads to a knob on each end for the hooks. I believe the metal is brass (a magnet does not stick to it) and the knobs are acrylic. It is almost 8" from the end of one knob to the opposite end of the other knob. It will stick out from your wall about 4 3/4". It is in excellent condition.
