  4. Shipping & Handling
     
    • Orders will be shipped within 5–7 business days after payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    • Economy shipping:
      • USA: 1–3 weeks
      • UK & EU: 2–4 weeks
      • Other countries: 3–6 weeks
         
        Delays may occur due to customs clearance.
       
    • Orders over $800 or 31 kg will be shipped via expedited services such as DHL or UPS. For urgent requests, please contact us in advance.
    • Any additional charges (customs duties, VAT, etc.) are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs regulations before purchasing.
    • If you need a calibration certificate, please contact us. Delivery time will be extended by 15 days, and an extra fee applies.
    • Please double-check your shipping address and contact information before payment.
     
  5. Quality & Return Policy
     
    • All products are thoroughly tested and guaranteed 100% functional with a DOA warranty.
    • If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange.
    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery; return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Please contact us within 15 days of receipt if you wish to return the item.
    • Refunds will be processed immediately after we receive and inspect the returned package.
    • Returns must be in original packaging with all parts, accessories, and a valid tracking number.
    • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or physical damage.
    • Items with artificial damage or damage caused during return shipping are not covered by our return policy.
