Original case, disc and manual. Case has some shelf wear and marks from normal handling. A couple of small cracks in the back of the case, as pictured. Manual is complete and intact with no missing or torn pages. The manual has moisture damage on the top left corner that wrinkled some of the pages but overall still looks great. Disc has a sharpie mark on the cover of the disc, but the bottom looks great with no scratches or damage of any kind. Plays great.
