Moragne #23 Plumeria Cutting (UNROOTED) are clipped from mature and healthy trees grown on the world renowned Jim Little farms.  The flower color is yellow with orange veins and pink tips.  This flower is one of are largest flowers on the farm that averages 5 inches across with a spicy fragrance.  The growth habit is upright with large branches.  All cuttings are a minimum of 11 inches.
