Installation Instructions

  1. Disconnect the vehicle battery negative terminal for safety.
  2. Open the hood and locate each front headlight assembly.
  3. Remove the headlight unit or access the rear cover to detach the old lens (procedure varies by model — refer to service manual if unsure).
  4. Clean the housing surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol or a wax/grease remover; ensure completely dry.
  5. Fit the new clear lens cover into place, pressing firmly to ensure full contact.
  6. If required, apply a thin bead of automotive sealant around the edge to secure and waterproof the cover.
  7. Reinstall the headlight assemblies, reconnect the battery, and test all lighting functions.
    Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with headlight disassembly.
