The Japanese DAIKEN micro thin alignment electromagnetic clutch, model MCA-25T, was originally used as an alignment clutch on printers

The clutch has a nominal voltage of 24V, a working current of 0.11A, a power of approximately 2.6W, and a maximum slip torque of 3.5KG.CM,

The clutch is energized to engage the intermediate shaft hole and the outer ring gear linkage, and disengaged when the power is off. The intermediate shaft is suitable for a 5mm D-shaped shaft, and the intermediate hole is a through-hole structure. The outer ring gear has a diameter of 24mm, 28 teeth, a module of 0.8, and the clutch comes with a lead length of about 10CM.

The clutch weighs about 25g.
