All items are listed as-is and where-is and are described to the best of my ability.  Returns are allowed only if my description is materially different than what you receive.  Before you open a case with Ebay or PayPal, please contact me directly and I am sure we can work out a solution.

Items will be carefully packed before shipping. For knobs, I ship USPS Ground Advantage in a 3x3x6 box unless you buy multiple lots.  Then I may use 6x6x6.  Some larger lots may also use a 6x6x6.  Check my feedback; I pack so they arrive in the same condition as they leave. Winning bidder pays for shipping (unless item is listed as free shipping) - see shipping calculator for cost. I generally add $1 (up to $5 for international) to shipping in the calculator to cover shipping supplies and variances in weight as I pack.  Free shipping only applies to continental US.

Sales tax is not my choice.  eBay automatically handles that.  So do not ask me to waive.

I generally pack the item 2-3 days before the auction closes so that I am ready to ship as soon as your payment arrives.  So if you have detailed questions, please ask as early in the auction process as possible.

International Bidders:

If you are international, I only ship priority mail insured and I do not ship to countries I have blocked.  There is a reason they are blocked and it is my option.  Sorry if you are offended. I also do not falsify custom's forms.
