I have had this French Horn for 5 years now and this instrument has an excellent sound to it and is perfect for beginners. Everything on this instrument is fully functional. The instrument is manufactured in China and had the widely reported problems with the valves. I took the instrument to my professional brass instrument repairman who made permanent repairs, so now all the valves work properly. I will provide some slide grease, valve oil and rotor oil with the french horn. Lastly, this instrument is free of dents or scratches.
