Each disposable helium cylinder fills up to 50 x 9" balloons, or 20 x 18" foil balloons. 

A great tip to get consistent 9" latex balloons (or any size), cutting down on waste...cut the lid off the box (or other bigger box if going bigger), get a pen, string, and ruler, find the centre, and draw a 9" circle with the pen, holding the string in the centre tight, this should be approx 4.5" - then cut it out, if you need to go from the outside, remember to tape where you inwards up. If you don't size your helium balloons you will run out quicker than you think.
