"I know that you are more and more prosperous these days. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your patronage. Now, I would like to introduce the whole picture of our hotel, and for your convenience, I have attached explanations in Japanese, English, and three languages. I have created the Imperial Hotel Guidebook, which I am sending here for your reference. Of course, we will continue to improve our facilities, and we hope that you will be satisfied. We will do our best to improve our services so that you can enjoy our services. We appreciate your continued patronage."
