【Shipping】

・Delivery by fedex or dhl or ups.

・For high-value items, please be assured that we will take video of the entire process from packing to hand-off to the shipping company to prove that the item is securely shipped.

・If the value of the item is $750 or more, we will ship with a signature option. Signature required upon receipt.

・If you change the shipping address information (address, recipient name, etc.) after shipping, you will be charged $15.00

・If an item is returned undelivered for the buyer's convenience, the buyer will be billed for the return shipping costs. Convenience of the purchaser includes refusal to receive the product, exceeding the storage period due to long-term absence, cancellation of purchase after shipment, and incomplete delivery address.

【Customs duties(to outside U.S. Buyers)】

・Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

・Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

・These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Wrap the product with an air cushion and carefully protect it by stuffing cushioning material around it.

・If there is no COA in the product image, there is no COA (COAs are generally not attached to regular putters).

・Please understand that putters with older release years do not have serial numbers stamped on the shaft. I believe that serial number engraving started around 2005-2010.
