The red Buddy L wrecker/tow truck is a vintage toy from the 1960s, I think. I am not an expert, but if I were looking to buy this, I would call it fair to good condition for its age.There are rubs and scuffs from being a well-loved toy back in the day, and a bit of rust here and there. The cord is there on the winch, along with the hook, and it does roll the cord up to raise the hook. Wheels move nicely, and it appears to me the plastic windows are intact. The orange "light" on top is there but the base of it has a crack (still stays in place ok.) The center tab on the white plastic front bumper seems to have a portion missing, but the whole bumper seems to stay in place nicely.  The bottom is embossed with Patent Applied For.  The sides are embossed with Towing Service.  The Buddy L white logos on the sides are not perfect. 

If I recall correctly, I got this in a live, in-person auction lot a few years ago and it has just been sitting in the back of my shop. I might have another toy or two like this to list yet, so keep an eye out if you are a collector.
