The Tibetan Ghau pendant, also known as a prayer box, is traditionally used to store prayers, sacred mantras, or amulets considered powerful spiritual protectors. This Ghau includes amulets which would have been considered important to the wearer. The front of the box appears to be embossed silver and the box itself appears to be copper. It can be worn around the neck with the cloth cover and straps. Inside are the original seeds.
