This building will ship unpainted and unassembled as a kit.  These buildings are made to order. 

 The footprint of this building measures 12.75" x 12.75" x 7.5" to the top of the roof.   Building is made of real wood. 

 This building features gorgeous detailing and a cardstock roof.

Building is a more advanced building as it has multiple pieces, but all are notched so they'll fit together like a puzzle for ease of building.  

All of the items in our shop are MADE TO ORDER. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.  Most items will ship within 7-10 business days, however, during busy times it may take us longer to fulfill orders.  If you need an item faster than stated, please reach out to us and we will work with you.

**Shipping**

We ship using USPS first class mail on all packages less than 1 pound, heavier packages will ship using USPS Priority mail.   If you would like to add additional insurance or a shipping upgrade, please reach out.

Business days do not include holidays or weekends.  

We do not accept returns or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order, please let us know and we will try to make it right.
