This is a unique piece, hand made some time ago beautifully.Never been used all the pages are intact, only the spine needs a bit of reinforcement.
Maybe it was a work of an art student. It is full of imagination with some Australiana added.
It is really a lovely piece, well worth a little time to restore it.
