• Please note that water must be added to the grill, not dry grilled. Adding water both cools down the dripping oil and creates water vapour that makes the kebabs crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
• Please note that the grill mesh and skewer rack cannot be used simultaneously.
• Please note that this product is not an automatic grill and you will need to rotate the skewers during the grilling process to ensure they are fully cooked. Since the skewers are pointed downward, they may slide off when you grill vegetables, so try adding metal clips (not included) to the tips of the skewers to hold them in place while grilling vegetables.
• Burning charcoal produces carbon monoxide. Please use it in a ventilated environment to maintain good air circulation and avoid poisoning.
