System is moded and can play the games pictured. You will have to run the pro fast recovery since it is a temporary mod. There shows more games in other places but not sure how to get to them. I was not the one who moded. Comes with a couple memory cards. Has the charger and 2 batteries. The batteries are dead and I believe need fully replaced. Has a case included too.
