This piece is an unusual combination of materials, tissue paper, gold paint, vivid watercolors and confetti-like streamers.  The artist has signed L Sullivan and dated "03.  The item measures about 14.5" x 16.5" and hangs vertically.  It is previously owned, the frame does have some scrapes, bumps and surface scratches to it.
