Fitment - The Tube Pipe Tubing Beader Tool is available for sizes 5/8 inch (16 mm) to 2 inches (50 mm) in diameter. Maximum tube thickness is 16 gauge (0.065 in. or 1.65 mm) aluminum, 18 gauge (0.049 in. or 1.25 mm) titanium; suitable for intercooler tubes with 5/8 in. and larger inside diameters, e.g., 3 in., 3.5 in., 4 in. aluminum turbine tubes, etc.
Material - The Tube Pipe Hose Bead Roller is made of aluminum alloy and steel, it is not easy to be damaged and has stable performance. The surface is coated with a protective film to prevent rust and corrosion, while extending the product's service life
Use - Simply insert the end of the tube between the molds and start turning the handle. For each turn of the tube, allow the wheel to rotate a quarter turn, gradually tightening the pressure of the mold on the tube. Note that a seal is always applied before welding
Easy to assemble - Add new fittings to cut sections of aluminum tubing without welding the aluminum, use connectors/clamps to join these sections, use this product to complete your tubing and make a perfect connection, direct replacement for tubing chuck tools, OEM compliant
