This is a vintage Butterick "See & Sew" 5640 sewing pattern for a jacket, top and skirt.   Fits Misses' Sizes 12, 14, and 16.

Jacket:

• very loose fitting, unlined, below-hip jacket with shawl collar
• extended shoulders
• shoulder pads
• pockets and long sleeves rolled-up (wrong side shows)

Semi-fitted Pullover Top:

• cutaway armholes and narrow hem

• below mid-calf
• elastic waist and narrow hem
• (purchased belt)

Gorgeous classic look!

Includes cut and sew guide.

Condition:  Cut pattern.  Envelope shows minor wear from storage.
