These is Playmobil set 5403, Children with Stilts, from the Victorian theme. It is nearly complete, except for the little girl's hat.
Includes:
- boy with brown hair, blue & yellow clothes, red bowtie, and yellow cap
- girl with black hair, dark pink & white clothes, with white collar (hat is missing)
- white doll
- green child-size stilts
- yellow doll carriage with hood, pink wheels
- dark pink mattress
