This is a vintage Panasonic Model TR-5111T  Portable TV Television AMFM Radio.  It Works!  This unit is in great shape with no cracks, dents, or major scuffs.  No even really too many minor scuffs either.  The only thing going against this tv is that it doesn't have a power cord, BUT, as you can see from the pictures, the battery compartment is mint clean and 6 D batteries get it going just fine (or you could order a power cord).  Please note, no batteries will be shipped with this unit (heavy).  This would be a great unit for anyone into retro 1980s tech.  Please also note, I don't think this will work for retro gaming as there are no ports in the back for AV in data.
