I do combine @ .60 per additional card, until label is printed and mailed, which is done ASAP after cleared/complete payment. 

Graded cards, screw downs or magnetic holders, combined @ $2.00 per additional card.

What is the policy?

There might be a delay in shipping due to Ebay sending your payment directly to my bank. When it went right into my Paypal it was instant. Not now, thanks Ebay.
