Follow the Snoreeze Snorgo instructions -

Stand or sit up straight, face forward.
Place the Snorgo in front of your teeth, but behind your lips.
The indent should be at the top. Close your mouth. Your lips should be firmly closed.
Gently pull forward on the handle, and pull away from your mouth.
Keep your lips tight to stop the device from coming out.
Pull harder but not hard enough to pull it out. It should be an effort to keep the device behind your lips.
Hold this position for 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise 3 times with a few seconds between each one.
Repeat this set 3 times a day - leave at least 1 hour between each set.
