This is a new in bag G.I. Joe (GI Joe) Thunder mail-away figure with the red file card, dated 1984.  Again, this figure is new in the bag and has been carefully stored in smoke-free homes, out of sunlight.  Please take a look at all the pics.  If you need any additional pictures, or have questions, let me know.
