• All our Products have 30-days Return Policy starting from the date of purchase. Must request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) via Email.
• All returned merchandise are to be tested and inspected according to reasons of claims why it is being returned before any decisions will be made.
• All returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all other accessories.

• All Defective and damaged items must be reported within 48 hours after receiving the item via email, No exchanges or refunds on all electronics items.
